Injection moulded plastic Euroboxes or similar of varying depths and sizes carrying Automotive or Aerospace components. Durable yet soft materials used in conjunction with Foam or Sponge padding. Shaped foams and plastic stiffener plates or boards used as required to enhance the performance & benefit of correct product, component or parts handling

Large PVC reinforced stillage Bag insert
30 compartments at 1200mm deep for long components.
Trim Insert for Process rack/trolley
40 compartment bag created from soft grade but durable fabric suitable to protect painted parts. Plastic base liner for parts to easily slide in or out. Sequence number holders made in clear PVC and stitched into position. Reinforced Clear PVC front dust cover with hook and loop closure.
Bag inserts can be supported and tensioned with this method of using Loops created from the bag material and stitched along sides, top or bottom as required.
Parts Sequence Trolley with Multi compartment reinforced PVC fabric insert
Pocket sizes vary to accommodate the differing sizes of components for the assembly sequencing process. Wearboard fitted into some pockets if parts have connectors or fasteners which may cause erosion to the fabric.
Hammock Insert Systems
Hammock style bags made in many orientations and suitable for Storage or Work in Process. So can be fitted into pallet boxes or frames (both options shown). Nylon or other materials used depending on component size & weight and type of product and its handling requirements.
A few solutions to hang and support the hammocks are used including eyelets or in conjunction with rings or a stitched sleeve and appropriate support bar.
