Pallet Box Cover
Made from Durable, water and weatherproof fabrics. Canvas or reinforced PVC Cloths. Sizes and shapes made to suit all Pallet box styles. Fitted with webbing straps or elasticated bungy cords if required. Fastening tapes can be used if preferred. Can be screen printed with company name or logo or product name, number or description.
Stillage Cover
Similar to the Box pallet covers these Stillage versions are constructed and manufactured using the same methods and materials. Many variations can be produced to suit all stillage sizes, types and to suit specific products or components to be transported or stored.
Trolley Cover in Reinforced Flexible PVC
CLEAR reinforced flexible PVC.
Clear and reinforced Covers provide a solution when strength and visibility are important requirements. Through the clarity of the material it is easy to establish the nature and volume of goods being transported. A variety of mesh sizes & types are available . It is still possible to attach and fix Document holders, eyelets, tapes, bungy cord & webbing straps as may be required.
Cover types are made for many uses such as Hoppers, Trailers, Dollys, Carts , Stillages, Bins and silos.
Octagonal Cover
Customer specific cover one of many bespoke designs and styles manufactured. Made to suit the shapes and sizes of many containers, snug or loose fitting. Choose from elastic webbing, bungy cord, lashings or ropes to retain cover in position.
Cabinet Covers
Protective Cover for production line side cabinet. Padded to avoid damage when handling components on or near the unit. Bespoke to fit any size and type of cabinet. Image shows Yellow cover in Nylon fabric with black webbing trim. Velcro on front panel to pull open with cabinet door. Rear cut out panel with border lip to retain onto cabinet and allow access to the Control Panel.
Tool & Equipment Covers
Tool Shroud – Blue Nylon used to shroud an assembly power tool. Padded cover with wide opening each end with draw cord to enable easy fit and removal. Velcro joint at handle section.
Duct Outlet Covers
Material options are many & varied for this application. The image shows a Reinforced PVC material in Grey forming the main stitched cover which has a plastic support ring fitted and an encapsulated steel band strap with a lever clamp to retain the cover onto the Duct End.
